Parents' and Citizens' Association
There is a meeting of parents usually held on the third Tuesday of each month at the school under the leadership of the Parents' and Citizens' Association.
All parents are welcome to attend these meetings and are invited to join the Parents' and Citizens' Association for a small annual fee. This entitles the member to vote at the Annual General Meeting and also to be a member of the executive of the P&C. At monthly meetings, all parents are invited to vote on issues discussed and take a full part in that discussion.
Meetings are short and business is kept to a minimum to ensure maximum time for discussion about matters affecting the school. One of the key features of the meetings are the faculty evenings where, on rotation, the various facilities give a student-based display of their teaching techniques and equipment. Meetings start at 7:00 pm in the Library and conclude with a supper.
A monthly Bulletin for Parents is handed out to the eldest child in each family to be taken home the week before the meeting to advise of the Parents' Meeting and to give information about the school and its activities.
A full copy of the Bulletin is also available to download from the school website. Click Here to see the latest copy. (Please be patient, the Bulletin is in PDF format and will take a little while to download).
